Anime Knockout is a weekly series where we review new anime shows of the season, rate them, and knock the weakest show off the queue.

We use a 10 point system where 5 is average and 10 is legendary. The shows are reviewed and rated across three categories: Plot, Characters, and Production. The average score of all three categories is the total rating for that episode. The lowest total score running for the season determines which show drops out of the queue. This continues until we have a victor for the season.

We’re also spoilerrific, so if you don’t want to be spoiled, wait until after you’ve seen that week’s episode before reading the reviews.
